Individual therapeutic counseling is a one on one approach to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma or if you’re feeling just plain stuck, frustrated or if you would like to learn more why you feel the way you do. If you’re feeling symptoms of anxiety, depression, or unable to move past trauma, or you just keep finding yourself in the same types of situations over and over. AGAIN. Then keep reading.

So, now I HAVE A QUESTION. (or two or three.)

What would it FEEL like if you didn’t have anxiety? Who would you be? Who would you be if you didn’t have depression? Who would you be if you weren’t worried about making everyone else happy?

BTW, counseling is for ANYONE.

Even if nothing is necessarily wrong. If you feel like you’re in a VOID or maybe just don’t know who you are or where you’re going, or if your anxiety is becoming a bit more than just stress or, huh, it’s been that way for awhile, now that you mention it. If you’ve been feeling like something is just not quite right, “but I don’t need therapy“. Maybe you just need a sounding board? Someone who will listen without judgement? A safe place to be your 100% authentic self? If you’ve said yes to any of these, then counseling could be for you.
