What to expect . . .
Each 50-55 minute session begins with a brief discussion about your lifestyle, health issues, and goals. Your teacher will learn about your personal needs and craft a sequence of poses that will address these needs. A private session offers the participant a safe space to practice proper form, receive helpful feedback, and cultivate a state of well-being.
What should I bring?
Clients may choose to bring their own yoga mat or other props or may choose to borrow a mat when arriving. All yoga props are cleaned between clients. Comfortable, loose, or stretchy clothing that allows freedom of movement is recommended.

An optional yoga props gift package is available to purchase for $45. This package includes:
